In the midst of a personal crisis, thirty-something Mae moves back into her childhood home to care for her father, who has been diagnosed with a rare form of throat cancer. As weeks turn to months, Mae navigates her shifting relationship to her dad and siblings, while flirting with a local guy and fantasizing about a cowboy who she hopes will fix all of her problems. Sliding effortlessly between hiliarious and heartbreaking, You Got Older is a fresh, complicated look at mortality, intimacy, and family trauma.

You Got Older premiered Off-Broadway at Here Arts Center in 2014.
